How much is the deposit, and how do I pay?
50% deposit at signing, balance at install, paid by Venmo. On a $500 minimum job, that is $250 at signing and $250 when we install. Larger jobs are still half and half.

Deposit, Venmo, the season, takedown, storage, HOA rules, and how we treat the roof.
Do you take Venmo?
Yes. The deposit and the balance are both paid by Venmo. We do not take a card payment on this site.
When can I book, and when do you install?
Sales and booking open in October, installs in November and early December, takedown in January.
When do you take the lights down?
Takedown is in January. It is included in the per-foot price, along with storage until next season.
Do you store the lights?
Yes. After January takedown we store the lights. Storage is included with install at $8 per linear foot, $500 minimum.
What if my HOA has rules about lights?
Tell us about HOA limits when you request the quote. We keep the default look to C9 warm white on the front roofline, and we will adjust the plan if your HOA restricts color, timing, or where lights can go.
Is the roof work safe?
We install from the roof edge and gutters with ladders and roof-safe footing. We do not walk brittle tile or steep pitches we cannot work safely. If access is a problem, we say so before the job is booked and the price can change.
Is the instant quote the final price?
No. The photo quote is an estimate. We approve the footage before any price is final. You will see that approval tracked in our admin review before we treat the job as booked.
